Dragster body
options
Standard dragster body covers the drivers compartment forward to the nose of the car.
This is an example of a high side car. This car is shown with the optional standard one
piece full engine panel with no kick out.
Note: KLRC is an industry leader again with interchangable bodies from car to car. We
have fixtures on which we build the bodies to that allow us to construct your new car with
interchangeable bodies. All KLRC standard dragsters with a serial number 52 or over
have body panels that will interchange with subsiquent cars. How many ways could this be a
benefit to you? How beneficial would it be if you could swap panels with another
competitor?
* Keep sponsors happy.
* Represent more than one sponsor.
* Replace damaged panels quickly and easily.
You could swap the body panels off Frawley's car on to Porter's car or Buckley's car.

No other race car builder has this feature. KLRC is dedicated hundreds of hours to jig and
fixture building to make a better product for the racer.

Computer access door recessed in the side of the body for flush

Foot box cover shown with fuel line tunnel opening.

Driver exit assist bars. Handy for the driver on all dragsters
but especially handy on cars with high side bodies.

Panel doubler - a must have for all supercharged cars

Floor pan - one piece - heavy duty (stand on) with wiring
tunnel

Two piece floor pan is much easier to remove while the car is
assembled.

Floor pan - two piece with fuel line tunnel - light weight
(cannot stand on)

Catch tray. This is a new option to our cars. If you leak a drop of oil or water on the
starting line the stewards will shut you off. If that happens with this the catch tray
will stop the fluid from going on the track and you will still be able to make the run and
have a chance of winning the race. If you get shut off that will never happen. Also comes
with optional sides for improved spill protection. These must be tailored to each chassis.
