Simon only looks tired because he has not slept for nearly a week.

A very happy Simon after the first race. How does that 454 Big Block Chevy look with the
14-71 on it?

Late night thrash to get the car ready for the first race.

New look paint for the bug. Dippy the Dog is the shop QC inspector.

The chassis stripped down for the updates to the chassis.

When the bug came back for a rebuild it was to update the car in preperation for a blown
big block Chevy. This was to pepair the car for racing in Top Comp.

The bug made the cover of Australia's largest drag racing magazine. Here he was using a
carburated small block Chevy.

On the jig at KLRC. Simon supplied the "bug" shell to make the chassis to suit.
As you can see by the date on the photo this was 12 July 94

Chassis after it was fully welded and the engine plates installed.
