Ken's cars - The early years
When I started working on cars I never kept much in the way of records. Some cars I
only kept for a few days and thus never had much in the way of photos. Some of the stuff
we built is still going. I know Danny McCord still has the 36 Dodge pickup we built. It is
in the same barn where my Chevelle is today. This year I have to go to Kentucky and pick
up the Chevelle and drive it to Vancouver where Bob Wilson and I will put it in his
Chaparail trailer befroe he shipes it to Austraila.
I'll have to dig out some of the old photo's that I can find and post them here.
Car 18 was a 55 Chevy, 283 2 "D" series AFB Carter four barrel carbs, 4
speed, 4.10 rear gear, Mallory dual point distribuitor. Pretty stout piece back
then.(1966)

Car 20
This was our first attempt at an Altered. Tom and I put this together and one of our
friends wanted us to make one for him so we sold him this one. Then we started on the next
one - click here

The more we worked on this car the more we hated it. After we finished each job on the car
we would think of several ways to make it better. We were so relieved when someone wanted
to purchase it from us.
